How long will it take to ship my order? TOP

Most orders ship 10-14 business days after order is placed. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for shipping. I will notify you within 24 hours if something is back ordered or not available within this time frame.

Some things will ship much faster than the 10-14 days, it depends on if I have to make the item, how many other orders are ahead of you and if I have to order the product.

What shipping method do you use? TOP

We ship all orders Prioity Mail via USPS - Monday through Friday. Shipping is a flat rate of $6.50 per order. Shipping is not taxed. We do no ship outside of the U.S. at this time.

Do you hand make all of your items? TOP

This is a question I get all the time. No, I do not. I wish I could say I did. I have teamed up with some fabulous designers and companies that sell adorable, high quality products. I have spent weeks and weeks researching companies and looking at their products to select the best for you! If you ever see a product you like and wish I would carry it, send me a message! I love new ideas! I am constantly working with new designers so you will continue to find trendy and unique products for your lil' bambino.

I do hand make the handmade tutus, puff bow beanie bonnets, doggy tutus and dresses, diaper wipe cases and some of the headbands and hair clips. And I always have a new project up my sleeve!

Do you accept Returns/Exchanges? TOP

Returns are not accepted unless item is damaged. Will exchange for like item.

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP

I accept all major credit cards through PayPal secure checkout. This is a secure and private way to pay by credit card online - you do not need to have a PayPal account and your credit card information is kept private. I also accept cash or personal check/money order. If paying by personal check, products will not be mailed or made until after check is received and cashed. Checks are to be made payable to chic bambino. All orders are charged 7.5% sales tax.
